Tout le monde (littéralement : tous peuples) : tous les gens qui se trouvaient là : Josaphat, les deux cours, les quatre cents prophètes, les habitants de Samarie. On a vu dans la parole de Michée 1.2 une allusion de Michée, le prophète postérieur, à celle de son homonyme plus ancien ; mais la situation est toute différente.
