9 à 13 Le peuple, qui jusqu'ici s'est adressé à l'Eternel, se tourne maintenant vers le roi, pour exprimer, non pas des vœux, mais l'assurance des victoires qu'il va remporter.

Ta main atteindra tous tes ennemis. Non seulement le roi ne sera point ébranlé (verset 8), comme on avait pu le craindre récemment, mais aucun de ses ennemis ne lui échappera.
