Un ange m'a parlé. N'osant attribuer à Dieu ce prétendu message d'en-haut, il le met sur le compte d'un ange.

Il lui mentait. Exemple de l'un de ces mensonges prononcés dans de bonnes intentions, comme on en rencontre parfois chez les personnages de l'Ancien Testament (Genèse 12.13 ; 27.6 et suivants ; Exode 1.19 ; Josué 2.4).
