Ce verset est très obscur et a été rendu très diversennent. D'après la traduction à laquelle nous nous sommes arrêtés, Elihu dirait à Job qu'il ne doit pas se flatter de trouver la délivrance sur la voie des plaintes (35.13) et des hautaines récriminations.
