1 Corinthiens 9.17

Si j’avais choisi moi-même cette tâche, j’aurais droit à un salaire ; mais puisqu’elle m’est imposée, je m’acquitte simplement de la charge qui m’est confiée.
Mais si je le fais de bon coeur, j’en aurai la récompense ; mais si c'est à regret, je ne fais que m'acquitter de la commission qui m’en a été donnée.
Si c’était moi qui avais choisi ce travail, oui, j’aurais droit à un salaire. Mais comme je ne peux pas faire autrement, je fais simplement ce que je dois.
