C'est à moi. C'est donc bien l'Eternel qui parle dans les versets 31 et 35.

Pour le temps où leur pied trébuchera : lorsqu'ils commenceront à être ébranlés. Alors je les renverserai tout à fait.

Car le jour... Un jour de rétribution ne peut manquer d'arriver. Et même il se précipite : Habakuk 2.3.
