Que mon témoin soit un arbitre entre Dieu et moi, comme un homme prend la défense d’un autre homme !

Puisse-t-il donner à l'homme raison contre Dieu, Et au fils de l'homme contre ses amis !

      Job 9

      34 Let him take his rod away from me. Let his terror not make me afraid;
      35 then I would speak, and not fear him, for I am not so in myself.

      21 that he would maintain the right of a man with God, of a son of man with his neighbor!

      6 Would he contend with me in the greatness of his power? No, but he would listen to me.
      7 There the upright might reason with him, so I should be delivered forever from my judge.

      Job 31

      35 oh that I had one to hear me! (behold, here is my signature, let the Almighty answer me); let the accuser write my indictment!

      1 Moreover Yahweh answered Job,
      2 "Shall he who argues contend with the Almighty? He who argues with God, let him answer it."
      3 Then Job answered Yahweh,
      4 "Behold, I am of small account. What shall I answer you? I lay my hand on my mouth.
      5 I have spoken once, and I will not answer; Yes, twice, but I will proceed no further."

      10 Whatever has been, its name was given long ago; and it is known what man is; neither can he contend with him who is mightier than he.

      Esaïe 45

      9 Woe to him who strives with his Maker-- a clay pot among the clay pots of the earth! Shall the clay ask him who fashions it, 'What are you making?' or your work, 'He has no hands?'

      Romains 9

      20 But indeed, O man, who are you to reply against God? Will the thing formed ask him who formed it, "Why did you make me like this?"
