World English Bible He prays to God, and he is favorable to him, so that he sees his face with joy. He restores to man his righteousness.

Il prie Dieu. Cette prière n'est pas la condition de la guérison : Il prie de nouveau ; mais maintenant il prie et est exaucé (22.27).

Avec allégresse. Voir 8.21.

Il rend à l'homme sa justice. Dieu déclare de nouveau cet homme juste et le considère comme tel. Par l'humiliation et grâce au messager de Dieu, il est rentré dans l'état de justice dont l'avaient fait sortir ses doutes, son manque de confiance en Dieu.
