Matthieu dit ici : "des quatre vents depuis une extrémité des cieux jusqu'à l'autre extrémité."

Marc exprime exactement la même idée ; car par : l'extrémité de la terre et l'extrémité du ciel, il entend, ainsi que Matthieu, l'horizon visuel formé par la jonction apparente de la terre et du ciel.
