Au milieu d’elle, l'Eternel est juste, il ne commet aucune injustice. Chaque matin il rend ses jugements, sans jamais y manquer ; mais celui qui est injuste ne connaît pas la honte.
Pourtant, le SEIGNEUR est présent dans la ville, il ne fait rien d’injuste. Chaque matin, il rend son jugement. Malgré cela, les gens mauvais agissent sans avoir honte.

World English Bible Yahweh, in the midst of her, is righteous. He will do no wrong. Every morning he brings his justice to light. He doesn't fail, but the unjust know no shame.

A ce débordement d'abominations, le prophète oppose la parfaite sainteté de l'Eternel qui a fixé sa demeure au milieu de son peuple.

Il produit son décret à la lumière... par le moyen des révélations continuelles qu'il accorde aux prophètes. Le peuple rebelle est donc inexcusable ; car ce n'est pas par ignorance qu'il pèche contre Dieu.
