He said, "Greatly beloved man, don't be afraid: peace be to you, be strong, yes, be strong." When he spoke to me, I was strengthened, and said, "Let my lord speak; for you have strengthened me."

Le jeûne (2)

- Pour prolonger la réflexion entamée dimanche dernier, nous allons poursuivre en déterminant d'autres caractéristiques du jeûne. 1) IL CORRESPOND

Tu m'as fortifiĂ©. Ces mots s'adressent Ă  l'ange qui est prĂšs de lui. C'est seulement aprĂšs que cet ange l'a touchĂ© pour la troisiĂšme fois (voyez versets 10 et 16), en l'invitant Ă  prendre courage, que Daniel, ayant recouvrĂ© ses forces, se dĂ©clare prĂȘt Ă  entendre la rĂ©vĂ©lation que lui apporte l'ange du fleuve, son Seigneur (verset 5).
