Dieu désirait en effet, que tout le peuple connaisse Sa Parole. Cette règle nous concerne également, la Bible doit être lue devant toute l'assemblée. Quand on sait tout le mal que certaines personnes se sont donné pour obtenir, ne serait-ce qu'un fragment de la Bible, alors qu'une copie entière était introuvable et qu'il était interdit de la posséder, nous ne pouvons qu'être reconnaissants pour les milliers d'exemplaires aujourd'hui disponibles parmi nous !Par cette lecture, le peuple était à même de mieux comprendre les différents situations qu'Israël avait traversées, d'âge en âge.
