Esaïe 15.4

À Hèchebon, à Élalé, les gens appellent au secours. On les entend jusqu’à Yahas. C’est pourquoi les soldats de Moab poussent des cris, ils sont découragés.
Hesbon et Elhalé se sont écriées, leur voix a été ouïe jusqu'à Jahats ; c'est pourquoi ceux de Moab qui seront équipés [pour aller à la guerre], jetteront des cris lamentables, son âme se tourmentera au dedans de lui.
וַתִּזְעַ֤ק חֶשְׁבּוֹן֙ וְאֶלְעָלֵ֔ה עַד־יַ֖הַץ נִשְׁמַ֣ע קוֹלָ֑ם עַל־כֵּ֗ן חֲלֻצֵ֤י מוֹאָב֙ יָרִ֔יעוּ נַפְשׁ֖וֹ יָ֥רְעָה לּֽוֹ׃

      8 For the fields of Heshbon languish with the vine of Sibmah. The lords of the nations have broken down its choice branches, which reached even to Jazer, which wandered into the wilderness. Its shoots were spread abroad. They passed over the sea.
      9 Therefore I will weep with the weeping of Jazer for the vine of Sibmah. I will water you with my tears, Heshbon, and Elealeh: for on your summer fruits and on your harvest the battle shout has fallen.
