La bible annotée Commentaire de Matthew Henry 15 à 24 Premier discours contre l'alliance égyptienne.Ce morceau est le premier des trois discours dirigés par Esaïe contre l'alliance égyptienne, qui était à ses yeux le grand péché et le grand péril du moment.Le prophète annonce la ruine prochaine de ceux qui poursuivent en secret des desseins contraires à la volonté de l'Eternel. Car la face des choses va changer : les puissants seront abaissés, les impies retranchés, les humbles glorifiés ; et le peuple revenu à son Dieu sera de nouveau digne de ses origines.Qui cachent leurs desseins bien loin... : qui s'imaginent pouvoir faire quelque chose à l'insu de Dieu, comme si le Créateur était inférieur en science à sa créature (verset 16). Ces mots se rapportent certainement à l'alliance avec l'Egypte dont le prophète parlera plus explicitement dans les chapitres suivants. Connaissant bien l'opposition qu'Esaïe ferait à leur projet, les grands de Jérusalem avaient soin de le tenir secret. La bible annotée Commentaire de Matthew Henry 15 à 24 Premier discours contre l'alliance égyptienne.Ce morceau est le premier des trois discours dirigés par Esaïe contre l'alliance égyptienne, qui était à ses yeux le grand péché et le grand péril du moment.Le prophète annonce la ruine prochaine de ceux qui poursuivent en secret des desseins contraires à la volonté de l'Eternel. Car la face des choses va changer : les puissants seront abaissés, les impies retranchés, les humbles glorifiés ; et le peuple revenu à son Dieu sera de nouveau digne de ses origines.Qui cachent leurs desseins bien loin... : qui s'imaginent pouvoir faire quelque chose à l'insu de Dieu, comme si le Créateur était inférieur en science à sa créature (verset 16). Ces mots se rapportent certainement à l'alliance avec l'Egypte dont le prophète parlera plus explicitement dans les chapitres suivants. Connaissant bien l'opposition qu'Esaïe ferait à leur projet, les grands de Jérusalem avaient soin de le tenir secret. La bible annotée Commentaire de Matthew Henry 15 à 24 Premier discours contre l'alliance égyptienne.Ce morceau est le premier des trois discours dirigés par Esaïe contre l'alliance égyptienne, qui était à ses yeux le grand péché et le grand péril du moment.Le prophète annonce la ruine prochaine de ceux qui poursuivent en secret des desseins contraires à la volonté de l'Eternel. Car la face des choses va changer : les puissants seront abaissés, les impies retranchés, les humbles glorifiés ; et le peuple revenu à son Dieu sera de nouveau digne de ses origines.Qui cachent leurs desseins bien loin... : qui s'imaginent pouvoir faire quelque chose à l'insu de Dieu, comme si le Créateur était inférieur en science à sa créature (verset 16). Ces mots se rapportent certainement à l'alliance avec l'Egypte dont le prophète parlera plus explicitement dans les chapitres suivants. Connaissant bien l'opposition qu'Esaïe ferait à leur projet, les grands de Jérusalem avaient soin de le tenir secret. Ces mots se rapportent certainement à l'alliance avec l'Egypte dont le prophète parlera plus explicitement dans les chapitres suivants. Connaissant bien l'opposition qu'Esaïe ferait à leur projet, les grands de Jérusalem avaient soin de le tenir secret. La bible annotée Commentaire de Matthew Henry 15 à 24 Premier discours contre l'alliance égyptienne.Ce morceau est le premier des trois discours dirigés par Esaïe contre l'alliance égyptienne, qui était à ses yeux le grand péché et le grand péril du moment.Le prophète annonce la ruine prochaine de ceux qui poursuivent en secret des desseins contraires à la volonté de l'Eternel. Car la face des choses va changer : les puissants seront abaissés, les impies retranchés, les humbles glorifiés ; et le peuple revenu à son Dieu sera de nouveau digne de ses origines.Qui cachent leurs desseins bien loin... : qui s'imaginent pouvoir faire quelque chose à l'insu de Dieu, comme si le Créateur était inférieur en science à sa créature (verset 16). Ces mots se rapportent certainement à l'alliance avec l'Egypte dont le prophète parlera plus explicitement dans les chapitres suivants. Connaissant bien l'opposition qu'Esaïe ferait à leur projet, les grands de Jérusalem avaient soin de le tenir secret.
