Qui ? Dans le Psaume qui va être cité, c'est David, dans l'application qu'en fait notre auteur, c'est Christ. Christ dit ces paroles en entrant dans le monde, par où les uns entendent son incarnation, (1Timothée 1.15) d'autres, avec moins de vraisemblance, le moment où il entra dans son ministère.

Notre auteur veut simplement exprimer par sa citation le but pour lequel Christ est venu dans le monde : se dévouer par le sacrifice de lui même.
