En présence de cette toute-science de Dieu et de la promptitude avec laquelle il pénètre toutes choses, l'homme le plus stupide devrait se laisser convaincre et reconnaître la sagesse et la justice de Dieu. Ce verset sert de transition au morceau suivant, où l'orateur passe à l'exhortation.
