Mille exemplaires. On traduit souvent : les mille commandements renfermés dans ma loi. Le sens que nous donnons nous semble plus naturel : Dieu aurait beau multiplier pour son peuple les moyens de connaître sa volonté, en multipliant les exemplaires de sa loi ; celui-ci n'en ferait ni plus ni moins.
