Le moqueur, l'homme frivole, n'a pas de véritables besoins spirituels et ne possède pas les conditions d'humilité et de sincérité indispensables à la recherche et à la conquête de la sagesse ; l'homme sensé possède cette crainte de Dieu qui est le point de départ de toute vraie sagesse, et il arrivera au but par le seul développement des germes de connaissance qu'il a déjà dans son cœur.
