Proverbes 29.10

Les hommes sanguinaires détestent l'homme intègre, tandis que les hommes droits protègent sa vie.
The bloodthirsty hate a man of integrity; and they seek the life of the upright.

    • Genèse 4

      5 but he didn't respect Cain and his offering. Cain was very angry, and the expression on his face fell.
      6 Yahweh said to Cain, "Why are you angry? Why has the expression of your face fallen?
      7 If you do well, will it not be lifted up? If you don't do well, sin crouches at the door. Its desire is for you, but you are to rule over it."
      8 Cain said to Abel, his brother, "Let's go into the field." It happened when they were in the field, that Cain rose up against Abel, his brother, and killed him.

      18 The king said to Doeg, "Turn and attack the priests!" Doeg the Edomite turned, and he attacked the priests, and he killed on that day eighty-five people who wore a linen ephod. Nob
      19 He struck Nob, the city of the priests, with the edge of the sword, both men and women, children and nursing babies, and cattle and donkeys and sheep, with the edge of the sword. Nob
      20 One of the sons of Ahimelech, the son of Ahitub, named Abiathar, escaped, and fled after David. Nob
      21 Abiathar told David that Saul had slain Yahweh's priests. Nob
      22 David said to Abiathar, "I knew on that day, when Doeg the Edomite was there, that he would surely tell Saul. I am responsible for the death of all the persons of your father's house. Nob
      23 Stay with me, don't be afraid; for he who seeks my life seeks your life. For with me you shall be in safeguard." Nob
