11 à 13 Que je te loue, car tu m'as sauvé ! Après ce regard jeté sur l'ensemble des nations, qui connaîtront un jour ce qu'elles ignorent maintenant, le peuple éprouve le besoin de mieux connaître lui-même le Dieu qui l'a déjà délivré.

Enseigne-moi ta voie. Comparez Psaumes 25.4 ; 27.11.

Range mon cœur..., littéralement : Unis mon cœur, pour qu'il craigne ton nom ; concentre et réunis toutes mes pensées et mes aspirations en une seule, qui soit de te craindre. C'est là la véritable intégrité que Dieu réclame de ceux qui le servent. Tout ainsi que notre entendement a besoin de lumière, aussi notre volonté a besoin de droiture... Le cœur de l'homme est troublé, distrait et comme désuni, jusqu'à ce que Dieu l'ait recueilli à soi, et qu'il le retienne, pour lui obéir (Calvin).
