Ta grâce s'élève à toujours : comparez 2Samuel 7.15. Le verbe s'élève (proprement se bâtit) exprime l'idée d'une action continue ; l'édifice de la grâce divine s'élève toujours plus haut, à mesure que les générations se succèdent.

Dans les cieux : en dehors des atteintes des hommes et à l'abri des fluctuations terrestres.
