2 Samuel 14.13

La femme dit : Pourquoi alors as-tu cette attitude à l’égard du peuple de Dieu, puisqu’il résulte des paroles mêmes du roi que le roi est comme coupable en ne faisant pas revenir celui qu’il a banni ?
« Pourquoi as-tu agi ainsi contre l’intérêt du peuple de Dieu ? dit-elle. En parlant comme tu l’as fait tout à l’heure, tu t’es en quelque sorte déclaré coupable, puisque tu ne fais pas revenir Absalom du pays où il est exilé.
