Grec : Tous les habitants de la terre duquel le nom...Ce pronom relatif au singulier (d'après C), quand il aurait fallu le pluriel, marque le caractère individuel de l'exclusion : chacun de ceux dont le nom n'avait pas été inscrit.

Dès la fondation du monde se rapporte à écrit dans le livre, d'après Apocalypse 17.8, plutôt qu'à immolé. (1Pierre 1.20)

Le livre de vie appartient à l'Agneau immolé, parce que c'est le Christ rédempteur qui procure le salut. Ceux qui ne le confessent pas sont des adorateurs de la bête.
