Tes délices en l'Eternel. Comparez Job 22.26 et suivants.

Comme sur un char... (et non à cheval, Ostervald). L'Eternel sera leur force, aussi bien que la source de leur joie, et les fera passer comme en triomphe à travers le pays. Les lieux les plus élevés et les plus inaccessibles mêmes deviendront pour eux un passage facile. Comparez Habakuk 3.19 ; Deutéronome 32.13 ; Exode 19.4.

L'héritage de Jacob. Comparez la promesse 1.19, qui a le même sens que celle-ci, et Psaumes 105.10-12.
