Habacuc 2.8

Parce que tu as butiné plusieurs nations, tout le reste des peuples te butinera, et à cause aussi des meurtres des hommes, et de la violence [faite] au pays, à la ville, et à tous ses habitants.

World English Bible Because you have plundered many nations, all the remnant of the peoples will plunder you, because of men's blood, and for the violence done to the land, to the city and to all who dwell in it.

Tout ce qui reste de peuples. Tout ce qui a survécu aux ravages commis par le Chaldéen.

La terre n'est pas la Terre Sainte, mais la terre en général ; le Chaldéen est pareillement appelé dans Jérémie 50.23 un marteau de toute la terre ; Jérémie 51.7,25, une coupe d'enivrement, un destructeur de toute la terre.
