Les villes du midi. Ces villes sont spécialement nommées, parce que l'ennemi qui vient du nord est censé traverser le pays dans toute sa longueur. Les villes du midi seront donc le dernier refuge.

Sont fermées : non à cause du siége, puisque les habitants sont déjà déportés, mais par les décombres amoncelés devant toutes les issues et que personne ne déblaie.
