Josué 10.10

Et l'Éternel les mit en déroute devant Israël, qui leur fit éprouver une grande défaite près de Gabaon, et les poursuivit par le chemin de la montée de Beth-Horon, et les battit jusqu'à Azéka, et à Makkéda.
Le Seigneur mit les Amorites en déroute devant les Israélites : ceux-ci leur infligèrent une terrible défaite près de Gabaon ; ils les poursuivirent sur la montée de Beth-Horon, puis continuèrent à les harceler jusqu’à Azéca et Maquéda.

      23 But Yahweh your God will deliver them up before you, and will confuse them with a great confusion, until they be destroyed.
