L'Eternel est bon. Cette brève déclaration interrompt subitement la description de la colère de Dieu ; cette colère n'est pas une force aveugle qui ravage tout sans distinction sur son passage ; l'Eternel connaît les siens, et il est lui-même pour son peuple un refuge et le seul refuge au milieu des terreurs du jugement.
