Nous, les prêtres, les lévites et le reste du peuple, nous avons tiré au sort pour savoir à quels moments chaque famille devra apporter le bois pour le temple de notre Dieu. En effet, chaque année, à des moments fixés, nous apporterons le bois nécessaire pour brûler des sacrifices sur l’autel du SEIGNEUR notre Dieu, comme la loi le demande.

Néhémie 10.1-39

Segond 21 Nous avons tiré au sort entre prêtres, Lévites et membres du peuple pour déterminer quelle famille devait apporter, et à quel moment fixe de chaque année, l’offrande de bois destinée à la maison de notre Dieu. Ce bois est celui qui doit brûler sur l'autel de l'Eternel, notre Dieu, conformément à ce qui est écrit dans la loi.

Segond 1910 Nous résolûmes d'apporter chaque année à la maison de l'Éternel les prémices de notre sol et les prémices de tous les fruits de tous les arbres ;
