Chargés du service de la maison de Dieu : du culte. Ce service spécial concernait les Lévites de la maison de Sémaïa (verset 15). Les versets 16 et 17 ont indiqué les chefs des Lévites chargés du service extérieur et des Lévites chantres ; mais le verset 15 n'a pas fourni de renseignement sur les Lévites qui, tout en étant aussi des chantres, étaient chargés du service intérieur. Notre verset répare cette omission.
