World English Bible You are witnesses with God, how holy, righteously, and blamelessly we behaved ourselves toward you who believe.

Saintement envers Dieu, justement envers les hommes, irréprochablement de toutes manières.

On a le droit de parler ainsi quand on peut en prendre à témoin Dieu et les hommes, et c'est là un puissant témoignage en faveur de la vérité qu'on a prêchée. Et cela d'autant plus qu'il s'agit de croyants avec lesquels Paul avait été en rapport personnel, et qui avaient assez de discernement pour juger de sa vie.
