1 Thessaloniciens 2.4

Au contraire, Dieu nous a trouvés capables et il nous a confié sa Bonne Nouvelle. Maintenant, quand nous parlons, ce n’est pas pour plaire aux hommes, c’est pour plaire à Dieu, qui voit le fond de notre cœur.
mais, selon que Dieu nous a jugés dignes de nous confier l'Évangile, ainsi nous parlons, non comme pour plaire à des hommes, mais pour plaire à Dieu, qui sonde nos coeurs.
