Notre maison... (le temple ; comparez 60.7) est devenue la proie du feu. C'est le point culminant du jugement. Voir, pour le fait historique, Jérémie 52.13 ; 2Chroniques 36.19.

Ce qui nous était cher : les palais, les campagnes fertiles, etc. (5.9 ; 32.12-13).
