Tous les signes de joie qui accompagnent la vie d'une nombreuse et riche population disparaîtront. Nous avons traduit le mot kinnor par cithare, plutôt que par harpe ; il nous paraît, en effet, que dans cet instrument les cordes étaient plutôt parallèles que perpendiculaires au plancher de résonnance ; ce qui est le caractère de la guitare, du violon, du luth, non de la harpe.
