Enlèvera. C'est en hébreu le même, verbe que celui que nous avons traduit par élèvera au verset 13. Joseph annonce au panetier qu'il sera décapité, puis que son corps sera pendu à un gibet et dévoré par les oiseaux de proie. C'était pour les Egyptiens une terrible aggravation de la peine de mort, car ils estimaient que l'âme d'un mort dont le corps demeurait sans sépulture était condamnée à errer éternellement.
