15 Ă  17 RĂ©ponse du prophĂšte Ă  cette priĂšre, au nom de l'Eternel : renouvellement de l'alliance avec Sion et humiliation de ses oppresseurs.

Réponse directe aux derniers mots de la priÚre du peuple : Comme aux jours anciens. Les miracles de la sortie d'Egypte se répÚteront et l'impression de terreur et d'admiration produite à ce moment-là chez les nations païennes se renouvellera (versets 16 et 17 ; comparez Exode 15.14-16 ; Josué 2.9-17).

A remarquer le brusque changement, de personne : tu, lui ; les deux pronoms se rapportent à Israël ; ils désignent l'un l'Israël actuel, l'autre l'Israël purifié de l'avenir, qui sera l'objet de ces nouveaux miracles.

      67 Moreover he rejected the tent of Joseph, and didn't choose the tribe of Ephraim,
      68 But chose the tribe of Judah, Mount Zion which he loved.
      69 He built his sanctuary like the heights, like the earth which he has established forever.

      71 from following the ewes that have their young, he brought him to be the shepherd of Jacob, his people, and Israel, his inheritance.
