Mes oints. Les patriarches l'étaient, sans avoir reçu le signe extérieur de l'onction, parce qu'ils possédaient la grâce que ce signe rappelle, celle d'être les représentants de la cause de l'Eternel sur la terre (Genèse 17.1 et suivants) ; ils étaient prophètes, en tant que porteurs des révélations de Dieu et interprètes de sa volonté (Genèse 20.7).
