Psaumes 24.4

Les mains..., le cœur... Il faut que les mains qui apportent des offrandes à l'Eternel soient pures de toute mauvaise action et que le cœur ait renoncé à tout mauvais sentiment (Matthieu 5.23).

La vanité : ce qui est vide, les faux biens, les faux dieux, la fausseté, les affections déréglées. Tout cela est incompatible avec le service de l'Eternel.
