Dieu brisera la tête... La délivrance du peuple de Dieu ne s'opère que par la destruction des puissances qui s'opposent à son développement.

Le crâne chevelu : une chevelure abondante est l'image de la plénitude de la vie naturelle, dans sa force. Comparez Nombres 6.5, sur le naziréat.

Les victoires que Dieu procure à David sur les ennemis d'Israël sont une image de celles remportées par Christ, d'une part à titre personnel mais aussi dans la vie des croyants.

Ceux qui se confient dans le Seigneur peuvent le voir agir dans Sa bonté en tant que leur Dieu et leur Roi, et ce, en réponse à leur prière ; ceci est particulièrement vrai dans les tâches accomplies par la Parole et Ses ordonnances. Le royaume messianique sera régi par les mêmes règles et principes que ceux qu'Il a dictés pour le monde.

Le peuple semble s'adresser au roi au verset \\# 28\\ ; ces paroles peuvent s'appliquer également au Rédempteur, à Son église et à chaque véritable croyant. Nous te prions, Oh Fils de Dieu, de terminer l'œuvre de bonté que Tu as accomplie en nous.
