Invitation à une joie s'élevant jusqu'aux tressaillements d'allégresse.

Des cris de joie... à la pensée de n'avoir plus aucun danger à redouter.

Après les promesses d'ôter le péché, viennent celles de détruire le malheur : quand la cause sera éliminée (le péché), les malédictions cesseront. Le peuple saint connaîtra le bonheur. Les précieuses promesses adressées aux enfants d’Israël seront complètement réalisées au temps l'Évangile.

Ces versets semblent se rapporter à la conversion et à la restauration d'Israël et aux temps glorieux qui suivront. Ce texte montre la paix abondante qui règnera, le réconfort et la prospérité de l'église en cette période heureuse à venir. Jésus sera reconnu comme le Sauveur, Il pardonnera les péchés de Son peuple.

Avant que le temps glorieux du retour de Christ ne se réalise, Ses fidèles connaîtront l’affliction et la honte. Mais Il sauvera Ses fidèles, même les plus faibles en la foi, afin qu’ils soient un sujet de gloire, là où ils étaient traités auparavant avec mépris.

La Miséricorde divine et la Grâce rassembleront Israël et ce, sur sa terre d’origine. Israël sera alors un sujet de louange et de gloire, pour l'éternité ! Certains événements passés peuvent déjà prouver l’accomplissement partiel de cette prophétie.

Les justes sont parfois durement éprouvés, mais ils se réjouissent dans l'Amour de Dieu. Assurément, notre cœur devrait honorer le Seigneur et se réjouir en Lui, quand nous entendons de telles paroles d’espérance !

Si dans l’immédiat, nous sommes éprouvés à cause de notre foi, privés de toute liberté de lecture de la Parole de Dieu, au temps marqué nous serons rassemblés dans Son temple, dans les cieux !

Lorsqu’il sera délivré de ses douleurs et de ses épreuves terrestres, le croyant connaîtra la gloire et la félicité parfaites, immuables et éternelles !
