1 Corinthiens 4.5

Ne jugez donc pas avant le temps. Attendez que le Seigneur revienne. Il mettra en lumière tout ce qui est caché dans les ténèbres et il dévoilera les intentions véritables qui animent les cœurs. Alors chacun recevra de Dieu la louange qui lui revient.

Ne jugez donc pas avant le moment où le Seigneur viendra. C’est lui qui éclairera ce qui est caché dans la nuit, il mettra les pensées des cœurs en pleine lumière. Alors, chacun recevra de Dieu les félicitations qu’il mérite.
C’est pourquoi il vaut mieux vous abstenir de juger de façon hâtive et prématurée un serviteur de Dieu. Attendez que le Seigneur revienne. Il mettra en lumière tout ce qui se cachait dans les ténèbres : il dévoilera les mobiles véritables de nos actions et les desseins secrets des cœurs. Alors, chacun recevra du Seigneur l’approbation qui lui revient.
