23 à 27 Cinquième strophe : Le dernier coup la captivité du peuple et la destruction du royaume.

Celui qui outrepasse la loi de l’Éternel, sera confronté tôt ou tard à Ses jugements.

Comme les enfants d’Israël s’excitaient mutuellement à commettre le péché, Dieu allait contrecarrer leurs mauvaises pensées. Ils allaient tous connaître l’épreuve : l’Éternel allait les juger, selon l’importance de leur égarement.

Que le Seigneur puisse nous permettre de rechercher « la bonne part », celle qui ne peut nous être ôtée !
