Habacuc 3.10

Les montagnes t’ont vu, et elles tremblent. Des trombes d’eau s’abattent, l’abîme se met à mugir, lançant bien haut ses vagues.
Les montagnes te voient : elles tremblent de peur. L’eau tombe avec violence, le grand océan rugit, il lance ses vagues jusqu’au ciel.

World English Bible The mountains saw you, and were afraid. The storm of waters passed by. The deep roared and lifted up its hands on high.

L'abîme : la masse d'eau des réservoirs sous-terrestres et de l'Océan, le grand abîme dont toutes les sources jaillirent aux jours du déluge (Genèse 7.14). De même qu'en ce temps (image du jugement dernier) les eaux des cieux et celles de l'abîme se réunirent, de même ici les fleuves de la terre, les trombes des cieux et les eaux de l'abîme se confondent de nouveau par un bouleversement général de la nature.

A tendu les mains en haut... comme expression de terreur et pour implorer la pitié.

      Exode 14
