Armée de l'Eternel : les anges (1Rois 22.19 ; Psaumes 103.21 ; 148.2).

Je suis venu maintenant. Au moment d'entreprendre le premier acte de cette grande guerre et en face d'une ville entourée de hautes murailles comme l'était Jéricho, Josué avait besoin d'être puissamment fortifié.

Tomba le visage contre terre. Le chef de l'armée terrestre reconnaît l'autorité du chef de l'armée céleste et demande ses ordres.
