Race de vipères ! comment pourriez-vous dire de bonnes choses, étant méchants ? car c'est de l'abondance du coeur que la bouche parle.

      Psaumes 10

      Psaumes 52

2 Your tongue plots destruction, like a sharp razor, working deceitfully.
3 You love evil more than good, lying rather than speaking the truth. Selah.
4 You love all devouring words, you deceitful tongue.
5 God will likewise destroy you forever. He will take you up, and pluck you out of your tent, and root you out of the land of the living. Selah.

      Psaumes 53

1 <> The fool has said in his heart, "There is no God." They are corrupt, and have done abominable iniquity. There is no one who does good.

      Psaumes 64

3 who sharpen their tongue like a sword, and aim their arrows, deadly words,
5 They encourage themselves in evil plans. They talk about laying snares secretly. They say, "Who will see them?"

      Psaumes 120

2 Deliver my soul, Yahweh, from lying lips, from a deceitful tongue.
3 What will be given to you, and what will be done more to you, you deceitful tongue?

6 For the fool will speak folly, and his heart will work iniquity, to practice profanity, and to utter error against Yahweh, To make empty the soul of the hungry, and to cause the drink of the thirsty to fail.

      Esaïe 59

4 None sues in righteousness, and none pleads in truth: they trust in vanity, and speak lies; they conceive mischief, and bring forth iniquity.
14 Justice is turned away backward, and righteousness stands afar off; for truth is fallen in the street, and uprightness can't enter.

      Jérémie 7

2 "Stand in the gate of Yahweh's house, and proclaim there this word, and say, 'Hear the word of Yahweh, all you of Judah, who enter in at these gates to worship Yahweh.
3 Thus says Yahweh of Armies, the God of Israel, Amend your ways and your doings, and I will cause you to dwell in this place.
4 Don't trust in lying words, saying, Yahweh's temple, Yahweh's temple, Yahweh's temple, are these.
      5 For if you thoroughly amend your ways and your doings; if you thoroughly execute justice between a man and his neighbor;

      Matthieu 3

      Matthieu 12

34 You offspring of vipers, how can you, being evil, speak good things? For out of the abundance of the heart, the mouth speaks.
35 The good man out of his good treasure brings out good things, and the evil man out of his evil treasure brings out evil things.

      Matthieu 15

18 But the things which proceed out of the mouth come out of the heart, and they defile the man.

      Jean 8

44 You are of your father, the devil, and you want to do the desires of your father. He was a murderer from the beginning, and doesn't stand in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaks a lie, he speaks on his own; for he is a liar, and its father.

      Romains 3

10 As it is written, "There is no one righteous; no, not one.

      Jacques 3

5 So the tongue is also a little member, and boasts great things. See how a small fire can spread to a large forest!
6 And the tongue is a fire. The world of iniquity among our members is the tongue, which defiles the whole body, and sets on fire the course of nature, and is set on fire by Gehenna.
7 For every kind of animal, bird, creeping thing, and thing in the sea, is tamed, and has been tamed by mankind.
8 But nobody can tame the tongue. It is a restless evil, full of deadly poison.
