1 Ils sont heureux, ceux qui se conduisent parfaitement, qui respectent la loi du SEIGNEUR.2 Ils sont heureux, ceux qui obéissent à ses ordres, ils cherchent le SEIGNEUR de tout leur cœur.3 Ils ne font aucun mal, ils vivent comme le SEIGNEUR le demande.4 SEIGNEUR, tu fais connaître tes exigences, pour qu’on les respecte avec soin.5 Ah ! Si mes pas étaient plus sûrs, pour faire ce que tu veux !6 Alors je n’aurais pas honte en regardant tous tes commandements.7 Je te dirais merci du fond du cœur en étudiant tes décisions justes.8 Je veux faire ce que tu veux, ne m’abandonne jamais !9 Quand on est jeune, comment mener une vie pure ? – En obéissant à ta parole, SEIGNEUR.10 Je te cherche de tout mon cœur, ne permets pas que je me perde loin de tes commandements.11 Je garde tes enseignements dans mon cœur pour ne pas pécher contre toi.12 Merci, SEIGNEUR ! Puisque tu es juste, fais-moi vivre.41 SEIGNEUR, sois bon pour moi, sauve-moi, comme tu l’as promis !42 Quand quelqu’un m’insultera, je saurai répondre, car j’ai confiance en ta parole.43 Aide-moi à toujours dire la vérité, car j’attends avec espoir tes décisions.44 Je veux obéir à ta loi, toujours et pour toujours.45 J’avancerai en toute liberté, car j’étudie tes exigences.46 Devant les rois, je parlerai de tes ordres, je n’aurai pas honte.47 J’aime tes commandements, ils me donnent beaucoup de joie.48 Je lève les mains vers tes commandements, je les aime, je réfléchis à ce que tu veux.49 Souviens-toi de ce que tu as dit à ton serviteur, cette parole me donne de l’espoir.50 Ta promesse me fait vivre, voilà ce qui me console dans mon malheur.51 Les orgueilleux se sont bien moqués de moi, mais je n’ai pas été infidèle à ta loi.52 SEIGNEUR, je pense à tes décisions d’autrefois, et cela me console.53 Quand je vois des gens mauvais qui abandonnent ta loi, je brûle de colère.54 Sur cette terre où je suis un étranger, je chante tes commandements.55 SEIGNEUR, pendant la nuit, je me souviens de toi pour obéir à ta loi.56 Obéir à tes exigences, voilà toute ma vie !57 Je le dis : SEIGNEUR, la part qui me revient, c’est de garder tes paroles.58 De tout mon cœur, j’ai cherché à te plaire, aie pitié de moi, comme tu l’as promis.59 J’ai réfléchi sur ma vie : je veux de nouveau obéir à tes ordres.60 Sans retard, j’obéis rapidement à tes commandements.61 Des gens mauvais m’ont entouré de pièges, mais je n’ai pas oublié ta loi.62 Au milieu de la nuit, je me lève pour te remercier de tes justes décisions.63 Je suis l’ami de ceux qui te respectent et qui obéissent à tes exigences.64 SEIGNEUR, ton amour remplit la terre, apprends-moi ce que tu veux.65 SEIGNEUR, tu as été bon pour moi, ton serviteur, comme tu l’avais promis.66 Apprends-moi à bien juger et à connaître tes commandements, car j’ai confiance en eux.67 Avant d’avoir souffert, je me perdais, mais maintenant, je fais ce que tu demandes.68 Tu es bon et tu fais du bien, apprends-moi ce que tu veux.69 Des orgueilleux me salissent avec leurs mensonges, mais moi, de tout mon cœur, j’obéis à tes exigences.70 Ils ne veulent vraiment rien comprendre, mais moi, j’ai beaucoup de joie à suivre ta loi.71 Pour moi, la souffrance a été une bonne chose, elle m’a appris ce que tu voulais.72 La loi sortie de ta bouche, je la préfère à des milliers de pièces d’or ou d’argent.73 Tes mains m’ont formé et me font tenir debout. Rends-moi intelligent pour apprendre tes commandements.74 Oui, j’attends avec espoir ce que tu diras. Quand ceux qui te respectent me voient, ils sont dans la joie.75 SEIGNEUR, je le sais, tes décisions sont justes, et tu as bien fait de me laisser souffrir.76 Je suis ton serviteur. Que ton amour me console, comme tu me l’as promis !77 Montre-moi ta tendresse, et je vivrai, car ta loi fait toute ma joie.78 Couvre de honte les orgueilleux qui me traînent dans la boue injustement. Moi, je réfléchis à tes exigences.79 Ceux qui te respectent, qu’ils viennent vers moi pour connaître tes ordres !80 De tout mon cœur, je veux faire ce que tu veux. Ainsi, je ne serai pas couvert de honte.81 Je me fatigue à attendre ton aide, j’attends avec espoir ce que tu diras.82 Mes yeux se fatiguent à attendre ce que tu as promis. Je demande : « Quand vas-tu me consoler ? »83 Je suis comme une outre séchée au-dessus du feu, mais je n’oublie pas ce que tu veux.84 Est-ce que tu me laisseras vivre longtemps encore ? Quand vas-tu juger ceux qui me font souffrir ?85 Des orgueilleux m’ont tendu des pièges, et c’est contraire à ta loi.86 Tous tes commandements sont vrais. On me fait souffrir injustement, aide-moi !87 Un peu plus, et ils me feraient disparaître de la terre ! Moi, je suis attentif à tes ordres.96 Je le vois, même ce qui est parfait a une fin, mais ton commandement est sans limites.97 J’aime beaucoup ta loi, je réfléchis sur elle tous les jours.98 Ton commandement me rend plus sage que mes ennemis, je le fais mien pour toujours.99 Je suis plus savant que tous ceux qui m’enseignent, car je réfléchis longtemps à tes ordres.100 Je sais mieux juger que les anciens, car j’obéis à tes exigences.101 J’évite de prendre le chemin du mal, pour obéir à ce que tu dis.102 Je respecte fidèlement tes décisions, car c’est toi qui me les as apprises.103 Dans ma bouche, tes paroles sont douces, plus douces que le miel.104 Tes exigences me permettent de bien juger. Aussi je déteste tout ce qui est mensonge.105 Ta parole est une lampe qui éclaire mes pas, une lumière sur ma route.106 J’ai promis de respecter tes décisions justes et je tiendrai ma promesse.107 On m’a vraiment traîné dans la boue. SEIGNEUR, fais-moi vivre, comme tu l’as promis.108 Accepte les prières que je te fais, SEIGNEUR, apprends-moi tes décisions.109 Je suis toujours en danger, mais je n’oublie pas ta loi.110 Des gens mauvais m’ont tendu un piège, mais je ne me suis pas éloigné de tes exigences.111 Pour moi, tes ordres sont un trésor que je garde sans cesse, ils sont la joie de mon cœur.112 Je m’applique à faire ce que tu veux, voilà ma récompense pour toujours !113 Je déteste les gens qui ne sont pas entièrement à toi, mais j’aime ta loi.114 Mon abri et mon bouclier, c’est toi. Que les orgueilleux ne m’écrasent pas sous leur pouvoir !123 Mes yeux se fatiguent à attendre ton secours et le salut que tu as promis.124 Agis envers moi, ton serviteur, selon ton amour, apprends-moi ce que tu veux.125 Je suis ton serviteur, rends-moi intelligent pour connaître tes ordres.126 SEIGNEUR, c’est le moment de faire quelque chose !
