Leur héritage subsistera... Il est question de l'héritage qui se transmettait de père en fils en Israël et qui ne devait pas être aliéné. Comme exemple de l'accomplissement littéral de cette parole, voir 2Rois 8.1-6. Comme tout ce qui appartient à l'ancienne alliance, cette promesse n'est encore que l'ombre des biens éternels promis au chrétien.
