World English Bible before Yahweh; for he comes, for he comes to judge the earth. He will judge the world with righteousness, the peoples with his truth.

Car il vient. Le psalmiste, dans le cours du cantique, s'est transporté, par anticipation, au moment même où l'humanité accueille l'Eternel comme son roi (verset 10). Maintenant, au terme du psaume, il confirme ce qu'il vient de dire, en annonçant que ce règne, encore à venir, est proche. C'est le : Il vient, de l'Apocalypse (Apocalypse 1.7 ; 22.20, etc.).
