Zacharie 12.3

Voici : en ce jour-là, je ferai de Jérusalem une très lourde pierre pour toutes les nations et quiconque essaiera de la lever de terre en sera tout meurtri. Tous les peuples du monde uniront leurs efforts pour la combattre.

Je ferai de Jérusalem une pierre à soulever. Le peuple d'Israël, après le rejet du Messie, reste au milieu des autres peuples comme un élément à la fois vivace et inassimilable ; c'est un continuel problème, une masse à soulever à laquelle se meurtrissent ceux qui cherchent à y toucher.

Toutes les nations de la terre s'assembleront. L'antipathie générale des nations pour Israël atteindra un jour son apogée dans une tentative énergique d'en finir avec lui.

      Daniel 2

      34 You saw until a stone was cut out without hands, which struck the image on its feet that were of iron and clay, and broke them in pieces.
