Les idoles seront détruites avec la ville.

Tous ses gains. Les gains de Samarie sont les dons déposés par les adorateurs dans les sanctuaires des veaux d'or ou de Baal (si ce dernier culte, institué par Achab, existait encore au temps de Michée). Ils sont appelés un salaire de prostitution, l'idolâtrie étant envisagée comme une infidélité envers Dieu, l'époux légitime d'Israël (Osée 9.4) ; ces trésors que Samarie a reçus comme prix de son infidélité envers l'Eternel redeviendront salaire de prostitution, en ce que, pillés par les païens, ils serviront à leur propre culte (comparez Daniel 1.2).
